I am the founder and president of Liminal Pathways, a firm providing consulting, coaching and design services to organizations, leaders and individuals. I work with businesses, non-profit and community organization who are poised for innovative and lasting change and who are exploring or are already leaders in adopting sustainable and socially responsible practices.
The Liminal Songlines Blog is one of a number of projects I have undertaken to continue to expand the conceptual, research-based and cross-cultural underpinnings that inform the Liminal Pathways approach.
I am passionate about the human capacity to effectively lead and manage change and I support my clients to create and sustain a viable future for themselves and their communities. I partner with them to become fully engaged in the change they are in, to help them problem-solve along the way, to learn and develop the insights they need to navigate change and to bring the change to completion. As a trusted advisor I support my clients not only survive change, but evolve and thrive through it.
